Marquis takes on whole-home remodels, additions, and major renovations in San Antonio and the Hill Country. An onsite manager runs your project from start to finish, and we complete one home before moving to the next. That focus is what lets us deliver remodels that hold the same standards as our custom builds.
Marquis partners with J Terrian Designs on builds that need fresh plans. J Terrian creates the architectural design, and we coordinate the build alongside him from your first conversation. If you already have completed blueprints or your own architect, we work directly with what you bring. Either path holds the quality bar through every detail.

Pre-Construction Meeting
We start with a thorough pre-construction meeting. We discuss design features and finish-out ideas, explain the process, and set clear expectations from day one.
Bidding & Cost Proposal
We consider this the most important step. The cost proposal accounts for lot conditions, utility costs, design features, and finish allowances.
Construction
Build times average nine to twelve months from lot clear to move-in. A designer guides you through every selection: colors, flooring, cabinets, and finishes. Throughout construction, we provide weekly updates and periodic site meetings.
Move-In Walkthrough
When the home is done, we walk you through it in detail. You leave the walkthrough knowing how every system works and where everything lives.
Through Your First Year
We check in periodically throughout your first year in the home, so anything that needs attention gets handled.

How does your allowance program work?
Before construction begins, we set explicit budgets for plumbing fixtures, electrical items, countertops, cabinetry, and appliances. If selections in one category come in over budget, savings in another category can offset the overage. Any unused funds credit back to you at project completion.
Can I build on my own lot, or do you help me find one?
Either works. Whether you want to build on your own lot, choose one of ours, or need help finding land in San Antonio or the Texas Hill Country, we will work side by side with you to build your home.
Do you work with my architect, or do you have an in-house designer?
Both. We partner with J Terrian Designs for architectural design on our custom builds, and we also work alongside clients who have an existing architect or completed blueprints. Our design-build approach means budget conversations begin early, so design and construction stay aligned from the start.
