President / CEO
With over 20 years of home building experience and a lifelong exposure to the construction materials industry, Dustin is the heart and soul of the company. His philosophy of treating people with the utmost respect and honesty, building a great product, and truly caring about the customer has proven effective over the years, with most new clients coming from referrals.
From the beginning design phase to the delivery of keys at closing, you will find Dustin involved in every step of the process. He is not only the president of the company, but also your personal homebuilding manager, and he wouldn't have it any other way.

Director of Operations
Matt was born and raised in Conroe, Texas, and earned a bachelor's degree in agricultural business from Sam Houston State University before pursuing a career in construction. He manages day-to-day field operations and project scheduling, and his work ethic and attention to detail build strong working relationships with our trade partners. He lives in Boerne, loves the outdoors, and spends most of his free time hunting and fishing.
Project Manager
Abraham is a hardworking go-getter who brings more than 12 years of carpentry experience to the Marquis Builders team. His bright smile and likeable attitude set the tone for a successful day. He works side by side with our subcontractors to make sure every client receives the service and value they are purchasing, and he enjoys spending his free time outdoors with his family.
Office Administrator
A San Antonio native, Gloria earned a Bachelor of Arts from St. Mary's University and spent several years in the real estate industry before joining the company. She works behind the scenes to help make each project a successful one and understands the intricacies of the home building process from start to finish. Gloria is bilingual and fluent in Spanish.
Director of Sales and Client Relations
With an extensive background in real estate, Tina is a great asset to current clients and new prospects alike. Her southern hospitality and work ethic are the first things you will notice. Tina oversees all sales operations and is the point of contact for prospective new clients. She is also a licensed Broker and Realtor, and enjoys working with buyers, or alongside their Realtors, to help find the perfect site to build on.
Drafting & Design CAD Tech
Michael grew up in Central Texas where he spent his high school years taking many STEM and drafting courses. After high school, he relocated to attend the University of Texas at San Antonio where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture degree. Michael has also studied in Northern Italy and worked for a local design firm in San Antonio prior to joining our team. With multiple years of experience in design and drafting, Michael can take your vision and elevate it into the perfect custom home.
